Our mission at SBA is to provide valued Insurance and risk management services to clients with specialised needs, who acknowledge and appreciate the contribution we make to their business.

We offer a solution which combines the best features of the large brokers, who have good technical skills but often difficulty in deploying them, and the positive attributes of smaller firms, which are usually high on service but lack experience on more difficult risks. Our value premise is based on providing the very best specialist expertise and broking capability complimented by a genuinely personal service delivery

To achieve this we apply three principles to our business:

  • We only employ senior, experienced, “big risk” practitioners. All of our partners are 20 year plus specialist insurance professionals skilled in our chosen markets
  • We ensure these key people all have equity participation, thereby guaranteeing longevity of tenure and promoting strong ongoing relationships with our clients.
  • We deliberately restrict the size of our portfolio, intentionally choosing to serve only a select number of clients in a more special way rather than seeking a large volume of customers.
